ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS

The company Motopoint, s.r.o. reserves a right not to handle an order which cannot be certified.

CERTIFYING THE ORDER
- - accepted order will be immediately confirmed by an e-mail and in case of need specified by an e-mail or phone
- - in case of not having all the goods on stock, an alternative term of delivery or cancelling the item will be agreed with a customer by a phone or an e-mail
SENDING
- goods is sent immediately after receiving or specifying an order by a post or shipping service
- online and fax orders are sent in order of receiving
- telephonic orders are processed after processing online and fax orders
- sending goods the same day as ordering them is guaranteed only if the order is accepted till 10 am
